Please report any order shortage or errors within 24 hours of receiving shipment so that we may promptly correct the situation.

RETURNS

Returns may be made only by mail or courier. 

• Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) obtained by orders@ionicaid.com. 
• Unauthorized shipments will not be processed as a return or credited.  
• Upon obtaining the RAN, return the product freight pre-paid to the address we will provide. 
• Approved Returns must be in original packaging and include proof of purchase and all free accessories associated with the original purchase. 
• Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you. 
• Approved refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days from receipt of returned product
